We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Software Account Manager / Business Analystfor our EbixExchange division.

Position Overview:
Be part of our WinFlex team that provides a single entry multi-carrier illustration platform to the life insurance industry. Help to direct the company s software solutions by specializing in customer service, design and implementation. Collaborate with clients to identify project objectives, gather requirements and generate the related documentation. Process client change requests from specifications and conform to established standards and processes.

Essential Functions:
* Maintain existing client relationships
* Assist in product development
* Gather project requirements
* Prioritize, plan and track internal/external projects
* Participate in project and release testing
* Develop and refine processes and procedures
* Support users of varying skill levels
Qualifications:
* Strong analytical skills
* Exceptional communication, presentation and writing skills
* Great attention to detail
* Working knowledge of Windows client/server environments
* Proficiency with the Windows Office Suite
Experience Recommended:
* Minimum of 2 years experience in the technical customer service field
* Minimum of 2 years experience with business analysis and project management
* Life Insurance knowledge and certifications a plus
Education Requirements:
* BS in Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
