Provide a range of administrative and logistics support services as required, to include generating reports, spreadsheets and presentations as well coordinating travel, special projects, appointments and department activities.

Required Skills:
A minimum of 5 years of logistics and/or administrative experience is required.

Expertise using Microsoft Office Suite to generate documents, correspondence, reports, spreadsheets and presentations.

Detail-oriented ability to organize logical file systems, accurate schedules and efficient processes.

Professional approach to working with others and proactive approach to accomplishing objectives.
