Job Description: Position Summary The Senior Business Analyst is strategic to the success of projects and initiatives between Information Technology (IT) and one or more critical, mission-driven lines of business within the American Red Cross. The RA serves as a technology consultant for business applications, develops an understanding of business practices, elicits and documents business requirements and ensures that IT meets the requirements of end users and provides significant business value. The RA is an active participant in all phases of the solution lifecycle, and works closely with a variety of internal and external business and technology partners.
