Rockstar Administrative Assistant

We are seeking two administrative assistants who can make an impact on any organization, from culture and engagement to executing day to day tasks. You’ll be empowered to learn and grow with a forward-thinking tech company while contributing your creativity to various campaigns and projects.
What Type Of Work Atmosphere To Expect
A beautiful 2 floor office located at 1341 Connecticut Ave NW with an open floor plan and tons of sunlight. You will work alongside a friendly, fun and collaborative staff of established industry leaders and rising stars. In addition to a generous compensation package starting at $16.25 per hour, there are lots of perks and tremendous growth potential.
Daily tasks will vary, but you can expect to be
- Supporting agents & marketing with administrative duties, managing complex calendars and by assisting with overflow
- Taking full accountability of updating and tracking numerous schedules
- Prioritizing and organizing emails, keeping the team apprised of ongoing items
- Producing and distributing correspondence memos and forms. Document preparation including spreadsheets, statistical information and more
- Assisting colleagues and executives by supporting them with planning and distributing information
- Scheduling employees, keeping an employee schedule updated and reporting all changes to HR
- Managing the front desk reception area including phone calls, visitors, customers. You will receive drop-in visitors and often attend to visitors
- Managing ad-hoc projects with enthusiasm
Skills That Would Set You Apart
- Bonus points if you’re someone who is “tech savvy” with a strong proficiency in and thorough knowledge of Outlook, CRM’s, Project management tools, and Google drive
- Understanding of social media
- Excellent writing, editing, grammatical, organizational, and research skills
- Sales, marketing, e-commerce, tech, and/or PR experience a definite plus
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Clerk, Secretary, Customer Service Representative, Admin, Office Assistant or Bookkeeper is a plus.
