    LIXIL, a global industry leading kitchen & bath manufacturer is looking for a sales associate to join their winning team. This role will provide the opportunity to position the American Standard, Grohe, and DXV brands in the market and learn Business 2 Business (B2B) sales from the ground up. The successful individual will work within our project sales team to drive new business development opportunities.

    Training and guidance will be provided to help teach and/or build on your experiences in developing long term sales accounts, presentation skills, prospecting new opportunities, as well as methods to manage, track, and close existing sales opportunities.

    Responsibilities

    • Support new business development by cold calling, networking, and lead activation.
    • Assist in educating customers on product functionality & features.
    • Assess customer needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
    • Work with members of the sales team to achieve the company's sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
    • Build productive, trusting relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

    Qualifications

    • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Entrepreneurship, or related field is preferred.
    • Passion or knowledge of the plumbing or manufacturing industry is a plus, but not required.
    • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills are required.
    • Motivated team player and self-starter with the ability to learn independently.
    • Ability to adapt to changing business requirements as needed.
    • Highly organized and able to manage a variety of projects and deliverables.
    • A friendly and energetic personality with a focus on customer service.
    • Openness to travel up to 25%
