Job Description

The mission of CNA's Enterprise Systems and Data Analysis (ESDA) is to create modern, cohesive data management solutions that enhance our client’s long- and short- term goals, allowing them to make well-grounded, data-driven decisions to meet demands. We analyze the entirety of the system – the people, the process, the data, and technology – to identify high-quality options for improved operations.

Responsible for the performance of company programs/projects. Direct all phases of large or complex programs/projects, or groups of projects, from inception through completion. May oversee the operation of offices with multiple responsibilities.  Establish design concepts, criteria and engineering efforts for product research, development, integration and test.  Advise management on ways to monitor and improve operations.  Initiates activities to improve the efficiency and/or effectiveness of CNA processes.  Develops budges and manages resources.  

1 Direct the work of employees assigned to the program/project from technical and administrative areas.

2 Act as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance.

3 Lead the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract.

4 Establish milestones and monitor adherence to master plans and schedules, identify program problems and obtain solutions such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications.

5 Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

1 Education: Master's degree required, preferably in field related to science, engineering, finance, or business management

2 Experience: 10 years of professional experience with at least 5 years experience in Program Management of $5-$10 million per year professional/research/technical service contracts. Complete project development from inception to deployment, demonstrated ability to provide guidance and direction, proven expertise in the management and control of funds and resources, demonstrated capability in managing complex multi-task contract.

3 Skills: Intimate working knowledge of Microsoft Project or similar project management tools, excellent oral and written communication skills. Possesses strong knowledge and understanding of the FAA operational environment, mission, and modernization initiatives.

4 Other: Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance
