  • Job Description

    Main Duties:

    • Provide Tier 1/2 Help Desk Support
      • Investigate issues forwarded to CRGT from Tier 1 Help Desk team
      • Coordinate directly with users to troubleshoot issues and/or collect information to assist the testing and development teams in root cause analysis, diagnosis, and remediation activities
      • Test reported issues individually and in conjunction with testing team to assist in root cause analysis, diagnosis, and remediation activities
      • Work with the development team to coordinate all remediation activities, to include opening and tracking CRs and following JIRA tickets through to closure
    • Support information requests from TCR Support and/or the business
    • Support the creation and maintenance of all training materials
      • Create new Job Aids in response to recurrent issues or new functionality
      • Track and execute necessary updates to existing training materials due to enhancements or platform changes
    • Support testing activities as needed
    • Make requested changes in PROD
      • Uploading recovered versions of blank documents
      • Adding supplemental notes
    • Manage requirements
      • Assist the business in capturing and defining new requirements
      • Coordinate with the development team on how best to implement enhancement requests or requests for new functionality
      • Manage communication with the business concerning the modification of or addition to requirements
        • Obtain business approval for any modification to existing requirements
        • Obtain business approval for the addition of requirements
      • Update affected requirements on Sharepoint as needed
      • Add requirements on Sharepoint as needed
      • Upload updated requirements, with supporting email approval, to ALM
      • Add new requirements, with supporting email approval, to ALM

    Required Qualifications

    Must Haves: 5+ years of experience. Strong Verbal and Writing Skills. Strong Self Starter with the ability to work at the direction of the Lead BA and completes tasks autonomously. Will need to quickly get up to speed on the TCR System and work well in a team setting where some coworkers are in different locations. Background with HP ALM. Microsoft Office and Sharepoint

    Good to Haves: Adobe Captivate
