Communications Litigation Associate - Mid Level- Washington, D.C.

Davis Wright Tremaine LLP is seeking a strong mid-level litigation associate to join its nationally recognized Communications Practice Group.
Candidates must have strong writing and research skills, excellent academic credentials and at least 3 years of law firm litigation experience. The candidate will litigate complex telecommunications and technology matters before state and federal courts, at both the trial and appellate levels, and before federal and state agencies. The candidate will also be expected to provide legal and regulatory analysis and support. Experience in telecommunications preferable but not required. DC Bar membership a plus.
