    About the Opportunity

    DMI (Digital Management, LLC.) is looking for a Continual Service Improvement Manager to support our client in Washington, DC.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Evaluate processes for compliance with contract and quality requirements
    • May be required to develop or champion process improvement recommendations across organizational components
    • Plan and participate in process improvement activities and monitor of results
    • Prepare written reports to communicate results and summarize findings

    Qualifications

    Education and Years of Experience:

    • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related technical discipline is required.
    • At least five (5) years of experience in project management in IT related projects and must demonstrate a leadership role in at least three successful projects that were delivered on time and on budget.

    Required Skills/Certifications:

    • Experience with risk and issue management
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong analytical, organizational and problem solving abilities
    • Strong facilitation and presentation skills
    • Must be able to work well with people at all levels of the organization
    • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team of variable composition

    Desired Skills/Certifications:

    • ITIL certification
    • Understanding of process terminology
    • Self-motivation and ability to focus on intricate tasks very desirable
    • Experience leading or facilitating organizational change desirable
    • Familiarity with the ISO 9000 (series) quality management standards beneficial.
