    About the Opportunity

    DMI is looking for a technical Program Manager with a background in managing Federal IT programs. This is a chance to join a dynamic team of professionals at the beginning of a new contract supporting a critical government law enforcement agency.

    The objective of this program area is to provide client computing devices, software and connectivity to enable the workforce to access business applications; to communicate with other employees, partners and customers; and to create content using productivity software. These are always user-facing services. A sampling of work to be performed under this program is below:

    • Client Computing - BYOD, Computers, Mobile, Virtual Client
    • Communication & Collaboration - Collaboration, Communication, Print, Productivity
    • Connectivity - Network Access, Remote Access


    Education and Years of Experience:

    • Active Top Secret Clearance is required
    • PMP, Agile, ITIL, or other related certifications preferred
    • Experience with reporting, verbal and written presentations, Federal billing
    • Minimum 3 years of experience with personnel and customer management
    • Minimum 5 years demonstrated technical experience, including at least 1 year of experience in Emerging IT Technologies Services such as those listed in the objective areas below

    Required Skills/Certifications:

    • Active TS Clearance

    • Washington, DC Metro area
    • Some occasional travel may be required
    • Primarily business casual attire, with occasional business professional attire
    • No onsite-parking. Nearby multiple commuting options (metro rail, bus, ridesharing).
