Description/Responsibilities:

Centauri is currently seeking a talented Senior Training Program Support to support our Team located in Washington, DC. The Candidate will be responsible for specific duties and functions to include, but are not limited to:

  • Assesses training needs through analyzing and identifying CI requirements Customer HQ and field CI elements.
  • Conducts liaison with USIC agencies to identify and coordinate training requirements.
  • Support development and implementation of training requirements for the CI Directorate specifically designed around the authorities and unique operating environment.
  • Assist with development of tailored small group training opportunities and development of specialized future training.
  • Assist with development and distribution of CI awareness materials.
  • Works closely with CI field office personnel to leverage existing CI awareness materials and identify gaps and needs.

Required Skills

  • Individual must possess a minimum of five (5) years of experience in an Intelligence Community counterintelligence program.
  • A background in CI with an understanding of CI investigations, CI analysis, CI awareness, and CI cyber with a USG agency such as the FBI or DOD is highly desirable.
  • Individual must possess strong oral, computer and written communications skills.
  • An understanding of global affairs and international issues and events that may impact U.S. National Security is also required.
  • TS/SCI (Q desired, but not required)

Education

  • Position requires individual to have earned a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
