Urban Planner/Real Estate Associate (Washington, DC) Hayat Brown LLC: Provide comprehensive & strategic real estate advisory svcs to a diverse range of clients. Leverage expertise in urban dvlpmt & land use planning, as well as analytical skills, mkt knowl, & fin'l expertise to provide insightful analysis & strategic recommendations to our clients. Reqs: Master's deg in Architecture, Urban Planning, or Bus Admin w/a focus on real estate dvlpmt. 5 yrs of exp in urban planning, architecture, or a rltd field w/exposure to the real estate industry. 3 yrs of exp in each of the following: Current planning trends, sustainability principles, & best practices in the built envrmt; Project mgmt exp; Microsoft Office Suite; GIS s/ware & urban planning dsgn tools; Architectural dsgn s/ware prgms like AutoCAD, Revit, & 3D modeling. 5% domestic travel.
