- Undergraduate degree required, Accounting, Finance, or Engineering degrees preferred, Property management certification is preferred... 0-3 years experience

- Key services our consultants provide encompass the life cycle of personal property asset events and transactions such as: Asset Management Planning; Business Process Reengineering; Policies and Procedures; Organizational Assessments; Training; Property Inventory and Reconciliation; Data Recording and Integrity Improvement; Logistical Management Systems Implementations including programming; Data Management and Analysis; and Asset Valuation
Responsible for assisting with the assessment of internal controls/processes, documenting processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); Experience to include property management, logistics, and/or personal property accounting; Understanding of laws, regulations, and accounting, including Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Federal GAAP; Experience in government inventory and property management procedures. Experience with PMO operations and functions.
US Security Clearance: Public Trust, U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Candidate will undergo a security / background investigation. U.S. citizenship required.

- Providing strategic and tactical advice to management concerning property issues. Managing complex tasks requiring multiple personnel and disciplines/skill sets to completion. Strong client management and communication skills.
Desired skills include:
• Experience with Logistical Systems Implementations • Understanding of Acquisition Management Lifecycle • Understanding of asset management regulations & accounting rules, including Federal Acquisition Regulations and Federal accounting as related to personal property •Experience in government inventory and property management policies and procedures •Experience in writing asset management policies and procedures per FAR and/or client guidance •Experience in coordination and/or preparation of appropriate property/logistics forms and/or documentation (movement, transfers, and disposition) •Experience in coordination of reporting functions (Physical Inventories, Loss Reports, Financial Reporting, etc.) •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint •Experience performing risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies • Process Analysis and Performance Analysis experience • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with clients and firm personnel • Must be a self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision, and have a professional demeanor
Preferred skills include:
• Asset property management system experience •Ability to execute project deliverables through to completion • Experience working in a team environment •Problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment • Existing Public Trust Clearance •Tableau experience • Statistical / Data Analytics Capability to include Forecasting, Modeling, and data mapping experience.
